Elix is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate F&B Trainee to join our team for 2026 in Perdika, Thesprotia. Assist in the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and banqueting outlets. Welcome and seat guests, present menus, and provide product knowledge when needed. Support waiters and bartenders in serving food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards. Ensure tables, stations, and service areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Assist in setting up and breaking down for events, meetings, and banquets. Handle guest requests politely and efficiently, escalating issues when required. Maintain hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times. Learn and apply hotel policies, procedures, and service standards. Shadow senior team members to gain insights into F&B operations and leadership. Currently studying or recently graduated from Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. Strong interest in Food & Beverage and customer service. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team. Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus). Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
