As a Food & Beverage Waiter for the evening shift, you will be an essential part of our guest dining experience. You will ensure that guests are warmly welcomed, served professionally, and are provided with an exceptional standard of service in our restaurant and bar. Your role is to support a smooth and efficient dining service that reflects Radisson’s YES I CAN! service philosophy.

• Greet guests in a friendly, corteous, and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks according to hotel standards and hygiene protocols.
• Provide recommendations or information about menu items, wine pairings, and specials.
• Ensure that tables are clean, set-up, and properly maintained throughout the service.
• Process guest bills and handle payments using the POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant and service areas.
• Assit with closing duties, including resetting tables and side work.
