JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about food and drink options.
• Ensure that tables are set up and cleaned according to restaurant standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Process customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the service station.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or hospitality training is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
