We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Waiter/Cashier to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will play a key role in both service and point-of-sale operations.

* Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.

* Present menus and provide information about food, beverages and promotions.

* Take guest orders accurately and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar teams.

* Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.

* Ensure tables and service areas are properly set up before, during and after service.

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper presentation of the restaurant and service areas.

* Anticipate guest requirements and provide attentive, personalized service.

* Handle guest requests, feedback and concerns professionally and inform the supervisor whenever required.

* Recommend menu items and actively support upselling opportunities.

* Be familiar with daily specials, promotions, allergens and menu ingredients.

* Process bills and payments accurately according to hotel procedures.

* Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming and health & safety standards at all times.

* Attend daily departmental briefings and remain updated about hotel activities, VIP guests, promotions and operational requirements.

* Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.

* Handle hotel equipment, glassware, crockery and operating supplies carefully to minimize breakage and wastage.

* Support banquet, restaurant, room service or other F&B operations whenever operationally required.

What You’ll Bring

You will bring a positive attitude, genuine passion for hospitality and a strong desire to create memorable guest experiences.

You should have:

* Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress, preferably within a hotel or restaurant environment.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

* Strong guest-service orientation.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

* Professional grooming and presentation.

* Ability to remain calm and courteous during busy operations.

* A proactive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude.
