STELLENANFORDERUNG - QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurwesen / Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik) oder auf anderem Wege erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich Stress und Fatigue bei Metall und Composite Strukturen (Flugzeugrumpf)
  • Technical Fatigue Approver (TAP) oder vergleichbare technische Erfahrungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in numerische und analytische Rechenmethoden (ISAMI, Hypermesh, Hyperview, HSB, Niu, Bruhn)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CATIAv5, PRIMES und MS-Office
  • Lineare/ nichtlineare FEM Berechnungen (Abaqus, MSC-Marc) wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse der Entwicklungsprozesse im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und sicheres Auftreten

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analysis and validation of Metal, Composite & Hybrid Structures, based on the actual valid methods for static strength and fatigue & Damange Tolerance
  • Rreparation and validation of certification reports (Check Stress Dossier / ADC’s / IRD’s) for A/C primary structure
  • Creation of stress documentation as well as numerical and analytical calculation models
  • Technical interface to the related departements within engineering and manufacturing
  • Development / Check of design solutions for the assigned activities
  • Work collaboratively and communicate with relevant stakeholders (design, project, manufacturing)
  • Monitor, guide and support the sub-contracting firms providing structure analysis work
  • Ensure the adherence to airworthiness regulations, relevant design principles, processes, methods and manufacturing capabilities guidelines for safe operation of the product with respect to structural integrity and operational effectiveness;
  • Responsible for the delivery on time, cost and quality
  • Support in the deployment of process, method and tools

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

  • University Degree in Engineering in the field of Aerospace or similar qualification;
  • Several years of experience in the development of aircraft structures for stress and fatigue (metal & composite)
  • Technical F&DT Approver or enough comparable technical experience
  • Knowledge in numerical calculations (Finite Element Modelling using Altair Hyperworks and Nastran or similar)
  • Proficient in analytical calculation methods (ISAMI, HSB, Niu, Bruhn FEM Tools, CATIA, MS-Office)
  • Fluent in English and German in written and spoken form
  • Highly motivated and capable to work autonomously
