The Position 岗位名称:(高级)渠道拓展项目经理—零售 工作地点:武汉 负责公司与零售战略合作伙伴的深度合作。赋能、指导并协同合作伙伴零售推广团队,共同制定并执行覆盖线上与线下的全域零售策略,通过创新的商业模式和精准的内外部资源整合,确保零售终端销售指标的全面达成。 您将有机会: 零售价值链管理: 与战略合作伙伴共同梳理符合美多芭特性的零售渠道体系,构建具有竞争力和差异化的零售价值链,确保美多芭在终端覆盖的持续优势和动力。 零售生态管理与推广模式创新: 与战略合作伙伴共同制定并执行美多芭在零售渠道的全域增长策略,包括线下药店覆盖、电商平台运营及O2O联动方案,体系化建立符合美多芭产品特性的零售渠道和生态结构。 策划和提升美多芭在零售市场的品牌形象和影响力。 监控和维护美多芭全渠道价格体系,针对市场波动及时调整各零售渠道的推广策略。 探索创新的零售业务与推广模式(如:全域营销、数字化患者管理平台、患者关爱计划与工具、社区健康管理项目、创新支付解决方案等),以提升患者体验与治疗依从性。 业务分析与绩效管理: 建立完善的零售业务数据监控体系,定期分析业务进展、市场动态及竞争态势,及时调整策略以确保目标达成。 零售团队整合赋能: 指导并协同战略合作伙伴推广团队在零售端的推广活动,确保零售策略在终端的高效执行与闭环管理。 内外部协同与资源整合 高效整合内外部资源,横向拉通市场部、医学部、渠道团队、数字化团队,为零售策略的落地提供全方位的支持。 为战略合作伙伴协调并提供必要的市场工具、培训、数据和营销内容,全方位赋能合作伙伴团队,共同提升终端推广效能。 我们期待您: 本科及以上学历;5年以上医药行业经验,至少3年负责零售渠道管理、医药电商和战略大客户管理(九州通)经验,有VBP产品成功零售运营经验者尤佳。 对医药零售市场、患者服务及数字化营销有深刻理解和成功实践,具备成熟的零售合作伙伴资源。 出色的消费者/患者洞察力,具备创新精神,能够设计并执行创新的零售市场项目。 具备出色的合作伙伴管理能力和以消费者/患者为中心的市场思维 相关能力:政策理解和行业洞察力、较强的策略分析能力、大客户管理和谈判能力、项目管理和敏捷执行能力、跨部门沟通协调能力 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
