The Position Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 (Major functions of the position) (职位的首要职能) 1、 依据抗感染市场策略、行业发展及数据分析,结合内外部资源,制定并实施处方药业务在电商创新渠道目标客户的方案、销售管理以及客户维护,增加电商创新渠道线上覆盖; - 熟悉互联网医院、垂直电商平台、创新支付渠道的业务增长模式,了解各渠道业务模型; - 挖掘全国优质互联网医院、垂直电商平台、创新支付渠道资源,完成合作洽谈、签约及落地,搭建分层级的合作矩阵; - 深入洞察客户发展策略及方向,分析与我司的切入点和双方特点,进行框架协议谈判、战略合作评估、销售目标制定、投资计划制定等 - 同客户共建业务跟进管理机制,实施中不断优化,最大化投入产出比,推动业务持续向前发展 2、制定速福达电商创新渠道客户的联合发展计划,整合内外部资源,将联合发展计划落实,提升品牌声量; - 与电商创新渠道客户共同制定联合发展计划,结合客户特点,设计以推动业务为目的的合作项目 - 对客户用户画像进行深入分析,洞察用户需求、打造特定场,提升品牌声量; - 调研医药创新支付场景,设计可落地的合作方案,跟踪国家医保支付、医药电商支付相关政策变化,确保创新支付合作合规,及时调整合作模式; - 突破创新,与客户共建流感季营销活动,提升流感声量与品牌影响力; 3、与内部相关团队及生态圈内跨团队建立良好的沟通与合作机制,整合资源,最大化公司业务目标; - 积极配合市场部执行公司在零售端的品牌策略,扩大目标产品在C端知晓度 - 保持与数字创新团队的密切合作,积极探索“互联网医院诊疗+购药”的闭环模式,推动业务增长 - 同经销商管理团队及供应链等团队保持沟通,确保药品目标终端快速可及和便利性 4、其他相关工作; - 收集市场多方反馈,协助上级主管进行策略迭代,探索建立和优化以患者为中心的生态圈 - 不断提升自身业务能力,追求高绩效 - 上级指派的其他临时性任务 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
