The Position 岗位名称:(高级)渠道拓展策略经理 工作地点:上海/北京 负责从战略规划到绩效达成的全流程管理。基于美多芭产品特性,构建医院广阔市场与院外零售市场双轨战略,与跨部门建立基于产品的高效合作机制,充分整合内外部资源、赋A能经销商,创新业务模式,最终实现业务的成功转型与稳健增长。 您将有机会: 负责核心战略规划与绩效管理: 分渠道策略制定: 深度洞察VBP政策、市场竞争及患者需求,分别制定美多芭在医院广阔市场与零售市场的精准业务策略、目标与实施路径。 整合策略设计: 主导制定医院与零售渠道的协同整合策略,确保患者在不同场景间的无缝流转。 策略迭代与优化: 建立策略追踪与评估体系,紧密监控落地过程,基于市场反馈与数据洞察,及时发起并领导策略的动态调整,确保战略敏捷性。 绩效目标设定: 主导设定两大渠道的年度/季度绩效目标,并确保目标清晰传达至所有相关执行团队及合作伙伴。 绩效监控与分析: 建立并主导定期的业务绩效复盘会议,深入分析绩效差距的根本原因,识别风险与机会。 负责跨部门领导与资源统筹: 横向协同枢纽:主动与销售市场部、销售部、医学部、财务及数字化团队进行无缝沟通与协调,确保各职能部门对整体战略的理解一致与行动同步。 资源整合与分配: 根据双轨策略的优先级,统筹并优化市场与渠道投入的预算与资源,向管理层提供基于投资回报分析的资金分配建议,确保资源投向最高价值领域。 负责生态构建与伙伴策略: 全域伙伴管理:主导构建基于产品特性的全域伙伴网络,从战略层面规划合作模式,赋能伙伴共同成长。 零售生态打造: 探索并推动与互联网医院、线上平台及患者社区等多元主体的深度合作,构建一个服务患者的创新零售生态体系。 创新模式探索与落地: 创新推广与患者管理: 探索并试点两个渠道的创新推广模式及患者管理模式。 创新支付与医疗生态: 牵头探索创新支付模式,并积极布局与各类医疗健康服务提供方的合作,共同构建服务于帕金森病患者的“诊-疗-付-管”一体化医疗新生态。 我们期待您: 本科及以上学历 8年以上药企经验,至少3年担任全国市场经理、高级产品经理或战略项目经理等职位,具有从策略制定到落地,并直接对业务指标达成负责的成功经验。 必须拥有深厚的绩效管理经验,包括但不限于:KPI体系设计、业务复盘、预算与资源分配的绩效导向管理。 必须同时具备医院市场与零售市场的深厚知识,并拥有直接管理或深度协同销售团队及外部伙伴达成业绩的成功案例。 政策理解和行业洞察力、较强的策略分析能力、大客户管理和谈判能力、项目管理和敏捷执行能力、跨部门沟通协调能力。 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
