The Position 工作岗位: (高级)渠道拓展项目经理-医院 工作地:上海/北京 您将有机会: 结合公司产品特点,制定市场策略与执行计划 深度解读国家及各省市集采政策动态、市场竞争格局,结合产品特性与医院终端需求,制定拓展目标医院业务整体策略,搭建医院端业务运作体系。 渠道商业运营管理 统筹全国目标医院推广策略,提升产品医院覆盖广度与深度。 负责医院端商业合作销售管理,整合经销商资源建立与经销商的协同机制,确保产品在医院终端的供应保障以及目标达成。同时管控渠道冲突与价格体系。 联动市场部制定学术推广方案,赋能经销商聚焦产品临床价值传递,强化对产品的认知与认可。 目标达成与模式探索 制定经销商年度/季度商业目标及费用预算,建立关键绩效指标跟踪体系,实时监控业务数据,定期汇报目标达成情况、策略执行效果及市场动态。 针对目标达成偏差,快速制定优化策略与资源配置,确保产品医院端业务稳健发展。 制定区域市场策略和区域准入跟进机制,助力区域团队完成目标。 制定项目计划,建立区域项目管理回顾机制,确保区域项目合规落地及实现区域项目高效费用管理。 积极探索创新模式并试点推广。 跨部门协同与资源整合 积极协同公司内外部资源,联动公司各个跨部门团队,协调资源支持推动解决业务推进中的跨部门协作问题。 推进各省渠道资源的整合,保障目标达成。 其他 严格遵守合规要求,确保团队运作等全流程合规。根据部门职责承担相关的内部项目的策划、组织和执行以及上级主管指派的其他临时性项目。 我们期待您: 医学/药学/营销管理类本科及以上;有市场营销或项目管理经验 5年及以上医药行业经验,其中至少3年项目管理或市场部经验 有医院/成熟产品渠道策略制定或运营经验者优先 具备深度业务洞察能力,具有预见风险能力,并能提供长远发展建议和创新方案 具备客户管理能力,能够分析区域信息,制定区域业务目标和工作计划能力,并能带领团队推动计划执行 具备项目管理能力,具有多项目和复杂项目的管理知识,能够资源优化配置,有序推动项目计划 具备系统思考能力和区域管理能力,能进行区域策略制定,流程优化和团队管理能力 良好的跨部门合作、沟通能力 成长型思维 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
