The Position Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 (Major functions of the position) （职位的首要职能） 1、依据抗感染市场策略、行业发展及数据分析，结合内外部资源，制定重点客户发展策略，并与重点客户达成长期战略合作，完成业务目标 − 结合抗感染市场策略、零售药店行业发展趋势，设计重点客户管理体系与模式，制定重点客户发展策略，与多家全国性连锁达成战略合作 − 深入洞察客户发展策略及方向，分析与我司的切入点和双方特点，进行框架协议谈判、战略合作评估、销售目标制定、投资计划制定等 − 同客户共建业务跟进管理机制，实施中不断优化，最大化投入产出比，推动业务持续向前发展 2、制定速福达在重点客户的联合发展计划，作为重点客户全国合作的全面对接人，整合内外部资源，将联合发展计划落实 − 与重点客户全国总部共同制定联合发展计划，结合客户特点，设计以推动业务为目的的合作项目 − 结合总部推动和重点分部共同合作的方式，推动项目高质量落地 − 协助重点客户进行关键分子公司和旗舰门店的推广管理 3、与内部相关团队及生态圈内跨团队建立良好的沟通与联动合作机制，最大化公司业务目标 − 积极配合市场部执行公司在零售端的品牌策略，扩大目标产品在C端知晓度 − 保持与医院销售相关团队的密切合作，探索院内外联动机制，推动业务增长 − 同经销商管理团队及供应链等团队保持沟通，确保药品目标终端快速可及和便利性 4、其他相关工作 − 收集市场多方反馈，协助上级主管进行策略迭代，探索建立和优化以患者为中心的生态圈 − 不断提升自身业务能力，追求高绩效 − 上级指派的其他临时性任务 Qualification and Experience 能力与经验 Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书大学本科及以上医学、药学、市场营销或相关专业优先 Leadership Competencies领导者胜任力政策理解和行业洞察力、较强的策略分析能力结果导向、具有典型成长思维客户谈判、沟通与管理能力 Job Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力 1）8年以上工作经验，5年以上零售连锁销售管理经验（OTC或处方药），连锁总部管理经验优先 2）对医药零售行业政策及发展趋势有较为深度的认知和判断 3）热爱销售工作，负有责任心，敢于创新 4）良好的沟通和语言表达能力 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
