The Position １.職務・営業の最前線でデータドリブンな意思決定を支援するインサイトパートナーとしてご活躍いただきます。・近畿、中部圏に組織されるフィールドグループにおいて、エリアの現状に即した営業戦略、アクションプラン、課題解決等に対する迅速な意思決定を支援し、売上の最大化に貢献します。・顧客、ビジネスパートナーなどと対外的な交渉に使用する情報、インサイトをまとめフィールドグループを支援します。・データサイエンティストのスキルを持ち合わせ、営業のイベントやアクティビティを検証し最適な営業モデルを構築する。 2. 募集人財・自社、競合、顧客について適宜分析を行い、営業シニアマネジャーのパートナーとして意思決定の支援ができること。・全社横断あるいは部門内で取り組むプロジェクトに参画し、リードメンバーと共に目標を達成できること。・高い実務能力と謙虚さを両立できるマインドを持ち、大阪オフィスを拠点に勤務できること。 3. 主な業務内容・BIツールやオフィスツールを使った、データ分析とインサイト抽出・営業戦略策定、課題解決支援・日常的なフィールドグループメンバーとのコミュニケーション・プロジェクト、およびアカウントプランのモニタリング・財務分析（売上、費用対効果、試算表（見積書）作成ツールのモニタリング）・フィールドグループメンバーのスキルアップ支援 4. 必須経験・能力・統計処理等を用いた分析能力・戦略的なフレームワークを用いた意思決定の提案力・調整能力・信頼関係構築力・英語によるコミュニケーション（尚可） Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
