The Position 主要职责/责任 1. 区域头部医院检测可及性建设 - 作为区域检测可及性负责人，制定区域伊那利塞相关生物标志物检测策略规划、资源分配及优先级落地 - 建立并维护区域内头部医院临床学科、病理科（检验科）及检测实验室专家网络（病理医生、技师等），确保检测技术与临床需求对齐。 - 监控区域内检测全流程瓶颈（如样本流转效率、报告出具周期），针对性设计优化方案（如数字化工具应用）。为销售团队提供检测技术培训，赋能前线人员精准传递检测价值，推动“检测-处方”转化效率提升。挖掘检测与药物治疗协同机会，推动“诊断-用药”一体化解决方案 2. 患者用药体验与支付项目落地 - 协同医学部、销售团队，制定区域自费阶段患者用药支持方案（如用药指导、随访管理等），提升患者治疗依从性与满意度。 - 主导区域支付创新项目（如分期支付、患者援助计划）的落地与执行，推动用药可及性提升。管理生态圈内患者全程管理项目的各项落地实施，并确保其合规性。 3. 学术合作与科研赋能 - 挖掘区域头部医院的临床科研需求，协同医学部推动真实世界研究（RWE）、临床标准、特色案例等合作项目，为产品价值提供循证支持。 - 组织区域学术活动（如专家研讨会、病例分享），强化伊那利塞在临床端的认知与应用。 4. 跨部门协同与策略落地 - 联动市场、医学、准入、销售团队，制定区域化执行策略并推动落地，定期复盘优化行动方案。 - 积极洞察区域标准临床实践体验、患者反馈及竞品动态，及时提供策略调整建议。能力与经验岗位所需胜任力 • 成长性思维和快速学习能力 • 业务敏锐度 • 优秀沟通、跨部门协作和资源整合能力 • 病理科和临床大客户管理能力工作年限 •5年以上肿瘤领域医药行业工作经验，有管理经验者优先 •既往有“诊断+医药”产品或项目经验，跨职能或者跨治疗领域经验优先教育程度/所获资格证书 •医学或药学相关本科及以上学历 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
