The Position External Job Ad Text 主要职责/责任客户管理与关键客户建立良好的信息沟通渠道, 探寻医疗卫生专业人士（HCP）观念、学术需求传递专业化医学/疾病/产品信息传递相应疾病领域的科学进展，促进医生制定规范治疗方案传递罗氏产品的关键信息，提高罗氏产品认知，并收集反馈传递疾病领域诊断相关信息，助力生态圈内患者诊断率提升学科建设了解医院现有疾病领域诊疗路径及专家诊疗观念及流程梳理相关治疗科室及诊疗流程上的痛点通过搭建头部医院交流或跨院培训、教育会议进行医生/科室教育逐步搭建规范化的诊疗平台计划管理规划相应生态圈的学术推广计划，和协作同事协商达成最终方案，并进行实施。组织和支持区域专家会议了解医生观念、需求、会议安排；制定会议及覆盖计划；执行会议计划；回访收集反馈按公司规定合理制定预算，并按计划实施完成，确保资源的合理和有效利用规范诊疗与疾病全程管理推动专家的诊疗观念及行为转变，实现规范化诊疗和患者解决方案经理协同合作，关注并推动疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化自我管理和团队协作成为产品和疾病领域的专家对团队新成员提供辅导和支持主动地与生态圈内外团队成员进行合作和分享，以整合资源，提升团队能力。能力与经验岗位所需胜任力具备相关疾病领域的基础知识良好学习能力业务敏锐度较高的沟通能力和高效的执行能力正确的思维和行为 (使命驱动，合作共赢，成长性思维) 工作年限 3年以上医药行业工作经验既往有销售/市场/医学经验跨职能工作经验为佳教育程度/所获资格证书医学或药学相关本科及以上学历在试用期内通过RDPAC考试在试用期内完成罗氏所有必修课程 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
