Description Responsibilities of F & I / Finance and Insurance Manager: · Oversee all customer loan origination/approval · Present products to customer while maintaining high CSI · Complete all transaction and purchase contract materials · Maintain accurate product information · Present all products to every customer 100% of the time Requirements Requirements for F & I / Finance and Insurance Manager: · Finance experience in an Automobile Dealership · Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred · Menu presentation and selling skills · Dealer Track experience a plus · Must be able to work a flexible schedule · Excellent interpersonal/communication skills · Strong attention to detail · Lease Proficient · Strong Skill Set to navigate manufacturers' web sites

Responsibilities

Oversee customer loan origination and approval while presenting financial products to maintain high customer satisfaction. Manage all transaction materials and purchase contracts accurately for every customer.
