Job Details Level: Experienced Job Location: Panama City, FL 32401 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Category: Retail Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process Present a fully transparent pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and products Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals Set and achieve targeted sales goals Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty Physical requirements: Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements. Position requires light physical activity, which includes 15% walking, 5% standing, 10% cramped or confined spaces, and 70% sitting. Work schedule is dictated by business need and could be long hours. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college/Associates degree preferred.
