Heninger Toyota is an established Auto Dealership specializing in the sales and service of Toyota vehicles. As the first Toyota Dealership in Alberta, we have been building our positive reputation for over 56 years. Recently Toyota Canada has provided us with the largest inventory that we have had in many years. We are stretching to 200 retail new units per month. Demand for these units is stronger than it has ever been. Canadians want Toyotas. We need more support. We prefer experienced business managers, however if you have been in the automotive industry in sales, meet the qualifications below, have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to achieve, those are the important traits that we are looking for.
Our staff is composed of people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, as are our customers.
We are looking for multilingual individuals with a first or second language in Tagalog and/or Cantonese.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Finance this position will work closely with customers and financial institutions to close, process and deliver sales transactions.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must bring a minimum of 3+ years of effective automotive sales experience.
  • Computer literate with an ability to learn new programs such as; CRM, Cloud-Based Applications
  • Must be a team leader with excellent communication skills and a comfort with recruiting, building a dynamic, driven team, employee discussions, coaching and training.
  • Must be able to multi-task and delegate when appropriate.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.

Required experience:

  • Automotive Industry: 3 years
  • Leasing: 1 year

Required license or certification:

  • Class 5 Driver’s License
Responsibilities
  • Effectively transition customers from sales to finance during their vehicle purchase.
  • Assist customer to determine ideal financing needs based on a comprehensive interview.
  • Product knowledge expertise to ensure customers are provided details on all financing options and products to enhance their ownership experience.
  • Process financial transactions ensuring 100% compliance with all AMVIC provincial and federal laws and regulations.
  • Ensure all related administrative processes are handled in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Works with the sales team and training department, setting and communicating F&I targets for product advisors.
  • Ensures the appropriate communication is maintained with each employee so as targets and goals are fully comprehended.
  • Responsible for handling his/her own difficult customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
