If you are currently a General Manager, General Sales Manager, Owner, Used Car Manager, New Car Manager, Sales Associate, regardless if you have had experience as an F&I Manager - you will not be considered.
Only apply if you are currently an F&I Manager or F&I Director with 8+ years experience in F&I, with the capability to prove your numbers running over $2,500 in F&I PVR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor dealership staff on F&I sales strategies, best practices and closing techniques.
- Train F&I Managers how to properly conduct a menu sales presentation, handle objections and close F&I product and reserve.
- Conduct deal packet audits.
- Visit clients regularly for F&I training and development.
- Deliver engaging, results-oriented training sessions to enhance F&I profitability across multiple dealerships.
- Host performance meetings with F&I Managers, GM and Dealers.
- Ensure that all team members meet or exceed established sales and F&I performance goals.
- Work with our sales team to develop more clients in the North East.
- Serve as a leader and coach for F&I staff, helping them optimize their approach to every deal.
- Find opportunities for clients to deploy the right mix of products.
- Qualifications:

- Must be based in the North East area. This could be New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia, Massachusetts or similar area.
- Relocation is not available for this position, we are looking for a candidate from the area or looking to return the to the area.
- Ability to work the territory within 3 - 4 hour driving radius, travel (85%) to client dealerships to provide hands-on training and support.
- Proven track record of running over $2,500 per vehicle sold in F&I sales.
- Exceptional closing skills with the ability to coach others in achieving high-level results. Willingness and capability to take F&I turns with client customers to model menu presentation to F&I team.
- Experience in negotiating with lenders for better calls.
- Well versed in desking deals to hold gross profit.
- You must be an individual that gets excited about spinning deals to model best practices in front of dealership personnel. We don’t train in theory, we train by demonstration!
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
