Description Oversee sales department to include: Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations affecting car sales and finance department Ensuring proper follow up of all potential buyers Ensuring proper knowledge and training of sales staff Assisting with closing deals as needed Establishing and maintaining standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers Reviewing inventory daily to ensure proper mix of inventory Communicating daily with service department regarding service of inventory vehicles Performing trade appraisals as needed Perform F&I functions to include: Selling financing, gap insurance, warranty, and service programs to customer and proving customer with thorough explanation of purchase and financing options Following up consistently with lending institutions to ensure contracts are funded Processing all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction in a timely and efficient manner Processing all title work Requirements Minimum 2 years relevant experience Valid DL MD Vehicle Salesman license or ability to obtain
