Description
You proactively review partner feedback to understand satisfaction and dissatisfaction drivers, determine root causes, and establish recovery actions for improvement. You proactively and continuously learn new technology in your respective solution area and build knowledge in additional solution areas. You collaborate with other Partner Technical Consultants (PTCs) by sharing experiences, best practices, and product news, as well as participating in relevant technical communities. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ years of technical pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting experience OR 3+ years of technical pre-sales, technical support, or technical consulting experience. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, as well as publishing Apps on App Source is an advantage. Good understanding of the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 Project Operations. Power Platform and Copilot Studio know-how are an advantage. Exposure to LOB integration scenarios with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce would be a plus. Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to develop strategic ongoing customer and partners relationships. Enjoy teamwork and actively contributing to their peer group as well as our partner account teams. Cloud adoption competency: Possess the knowledge and personal conviction to articulate value proposition of cloud technologies. Customer and Partner Focus: Demonstrated skills and abilities to consistently create an amazingly positive experience for Partners. Openness and willingness to learn multiple new technologies across different Solution Areas 5 years of experience in supporting / consulting customers, partners or technical services related roles. Good product knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Commerce and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. Experience developing and customizing solutions using X++ and Dynamics 365 F&O frameworks.
