As Senior Manager in F100 PMO, create strategy and execute in partnership with functional teams to ensure the future readiness of the F100-PW-229 engine & module production. You will manage production part list and assure timely OEM build. Responsible for integration with Operations and Production Delivery Center (PDC) on F100 Build Plans - to deliver new modules and engines on time per contract by identifying risks. Manage EAPS budget for Production Support. Advocate for culture change to drive process improvements with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure program material is delivered on time per schedule/MRP requirements. Facilitates MRP load integration meetings between operations and programs to balance demand and supply where cost and risk is evaluated and actions to improve future needs are assigned to the responsible organizations. Assures flawless execution and drives affordability from our supply base.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
