Key Responsibilities Monitor, operate, and maintain semiconductor process equipment to support stable production. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (PM / CM) to minimize unplanned downtime. Respond to equipment alarms and abnormalities with first-line troubleshooting and tool recovery. Act as Tool Owner for assigned tools or toolsets, driving availability and reliability improvement. Analyze equipment data and history to perform root cause analysis and implement improvements. Work closely with Process Engineers and Production teams to support yield and process stability. Support new tool installation, tool conversion, recipe verification, and production ramp-up. Manage spare parts and consumables to ensure proper inventory and usage. Prepare and follow SOPs, operating guidelines, and safety requirements. Ensure all activities comply with EHS standards and company policies. Communicate major issues clearly and perform effective shift handover. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related fields. Experience in semiconductor fab equipment or process engineering. Knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and RCA. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Willingness to support shift rotation or on-call duty. Preferred Experience as a Tool Owner or leading equipment improvement projects. Familiar with equipment data analysis or yield improvement. About Micron Technology, Inc.
