Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) provides systems engineering, software development, training solutions and complex program management for global security, civil and commercial markets.   • They will provide daily operational support and manage the F35 team at Marham in support of the F35 programme from a Customs Compliance perspective (e.g.: clearance of goods and shipments) as well as ensuring the successful delivery to the customer ensuring the technical excellence and practical/business driven approach is taken.
  • Plans and manage export/import activities including the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, brokerage and customs transactions in support of the F35 programme for the Customs Warehouse.
  • Maintains facility awareness and compliance with all regulations governing the shipment, receipt and documentation of exported/imported products.
  • Researches and resolves export and import issues, including those related to customers or suppliers.
  • Interfaces with internal and external worldwide export/import operations and organisations.
  • Support the Trade Compliance Manager with appropriate government representatives to facilitate compliance audits and resolve problems.
  • Keep the Trade Compliance Manager apprised of current issues and their mitigation/resolution.
  • Provide liaison between UK business and US function, ensuring compliance with all Trade Compliance Processes.
  • Identify areas of improvement and optimising Customs Compliance in support of the customs warehouse at Marham
