You’ll lead a top-tier team of trainers and sales staff, backed by a Sales Manager and a virtual assistant to handle administrative tasks. You’ll also have the freedom to hire additional support staff where needed — your job is to make sure every function of this business runs at the highest possible level. This is your opportunity to lead the world’s best F45 studio — and make it even better. 💪 Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and hold accountable both the sales and training teams. Coach trainers to excel not only on the floor but also in sales, client retention, and member experience. Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and fun — the F45 Boerum Hill way. Sales & Business Growth Personally drive and support sales activity, working closely with the Sales Manager. Analyze and act on KPI reports (conversion, attendance, retention, referrals, etc.). Ensure all promotions and campaigns are executed on schedule and to brand standard. Oversee and grow secondary revenue streams: merchandise, recovery services, and nutrition sales. Community & Marketing Plan, market, and execute member challenges, body transformations, and community events. Create and send newsletters, promotional emails, and social content that align with our marketing calendar. Maintain high levels of engagement and retention through innovative ideas and genuine community connection. Studio Operations Maintain impeccable presentation and operational standards — cleanliness, organization, and professionalism are non-negotiable. Track inventory, prevent stock loss, and ensure operational systems run smoothly. Identify needs and allocate resources — including hiring support staff — to maintain excellence across all areas. Collaborate directly with ownership on performance, strategy, and continuous improvement. 🧠 What You Bring Proven experience in fitness management or senior coaching (F45 or similar functional training brand preferred). Strong understanding of nutrition and transformation programming. Confident and results-driven sales mindset. Exceptional leadership and communication skills — you know how to get the best from people. Creative drive for marketing, events, and community engagement.
