EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• 5-7 years of in-depth experience in systems and cloud engineering, with a focus on Azure and AWS environments, including architecture design, deployment, configuration, and management.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft server configurations and core Microsoft 365 services administration, encompassing SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.
• Proficiency in identity and access management, particularly with Active Directory and Entra ID, including federation, authentication, and identity synchronization protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, Entra Cloud Sync, and Entra Connect Sync.
• Skilled in automation scripting using PowerShell, Python, or similar tools to streamline cloud operations.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTPS) and hybrid cloud configurations.
• Experience with cloud migration, database management (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS), and virtualization technologies such as VMware.
• Proficiency in cloud monitoring and performance optimization using tools like Azure Monitor and AWS CloudWatch.
• Strong grasp of network security, cloud intrusion detection, and data encryption techniques.
• Knowledge of auditing and compliance procedures applicable to cloud systems.
• Experience implementing robust backup and recovery processes in the cloud.
• Certifications in Azure, AWS, or related cloud technologies preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and effective communication skills
• Ability to document processes and procedures clearly and comprehensively.
• Project management experience.

• Good level both written and spoken English and French
