We are looking for a Full-time, Controller Training Solutions (CTS) Remote Pilot Operator (RPO) Assistant Domain Manager to join the SAIC Team providing Air Traffic Controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), onsite at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City, OK. This position will require the candidate to assist the RPO Domain Manager with the overall scheduling and delivery of RPO training support at the FAA Academy including effective communication with FAA and SAIC personnel, execution of the CTS Contract, management of human resources, assisting with the execution of all RPO simulation training requirements supporting the FAA’s newest ATC students, as well as experienced FAA controllers, and adherence to the highest quality standards throughout the operation. The objective is to provide timely and effective training for ATC personnel.  The successful candidate will have excellent management skills, a focused drive for continuous improvement, and strong technical skills with knowledge of current ATC automation, simulation systems and procedures. The work will mainly take place on the second shift with occasional day shift work.
