Description
Responsible for customer order intake, commit, OTD and CLIP. Create and maintain customer work orders. In charge of Inventory Management to meet customer contractual agreement. Interface with MFG production control engineer and Operations to meet customer OTD and CLIP. Develop and implement wafer start plan, coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Hardware and IE to meet shipment goals and expedite critical lots. Act as a liaison between Manufacturing, Engineering, Hardware, Quality and relevant teams to resolve customer RMA issues. Analyze production data, generate reports for management, and ensure system data (eg lot start criteria) is accurate. Experience in SAP software. Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication operations preferred. Has a good understanding of how related teams coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve objectives. May act as a lead for the team, may allocate work and provide subject matter guidance to more junior team members. Exchanges ideas and information effectively; uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
