Description

Design and development of abatement equipment Technical review of treatment methods, including combustion, wet, dry, and plasma treatment Design and specification of equipment structure and function Development of treatment technology for hazardous gases (SiH₄, PH₃, AsH₃, HF, Cl₂, etc.) Establish and improve process condition and technology. Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. Establish and modify process management projects. Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage time and multi-task abilities.
