Description
Safety Champion a proactive safety culture by coaching engineering leads to embed EHS and PHA protocols into daily operations. Ensure safety systems are rigorously followed and continuously improved through audit and feedback loops. Guide area team members in identifying systemic issues and implementing sustainable solutions. Support engineers in root cause analysis and resolution of sophisticated technical challenges to drive long-term improvement. Provide oversight and guidance on project prioritization and resource allocation to improve impact and mitigate risk. Ensure engineering leads are equipped to deliver projects on time and within scope. Develop a growth mindset by encouraging innovation, ownership, and continuous learning. Ensure organizational structure supports both current operations and future scalability. Collaborate with planning and manufacturing to optimize output, reduce variability, and improve workstation balance. Guide engineering leads in deploying tactical and strategic solutions to enhance fab performance. Inspire and mentor engineering leads to grow their existing leadership capabilities and technical knowledge. Facilitate multi-functional collaboration with manufacturing, facilities, process and equipment engineering to drive alignment and shared success. Promote a culture of inclusion, visibility, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization. This position requires collaborating with Technology Development, Process & Equipment Engineering, Facilities, Planning, as well as our global network of manufacturing sites. You must be able to support effective collaboration across all geographies and departments. Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams to meet ambitious goals. Expertise in handling and mentoring team performance. Advanced understanding of manufacturing requirements and processes. International travel may be required. Required: Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent experience, and currently an E3 or higher. Proven track record to lead and coordinate meetings, initiating successful follow-up actions. Exceptional partnering, negotiation, and collaboration skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate efforts across diverse groups. Multi-tasking of sophisticated projects efficiently with strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software. Previous leadership experience in a similar role. Familiar with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 6S standards and practices.
