We are looking for a UPW/WW Maintenance Technologist to join our dynamic Facilities team!
REQUIREMENTS :
- NiTEC, Higher NiTEC or Industrial Technician Certificate in Mechanical/Chemical engineering or equivalent related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
. Equivalent knowledge of Ultra Pure Water Treatment Plant, Waste Water Treatment Plant and Fluoride Treatment Plant
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in teams.
- Able to speak English and write simple report.
- Computer skill in word processing, spreadsheet and email.
- Must be able to read and interpret schematics.
- 3 years of facilities maintenance experiences. Preferrablely in semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:
- To assist engineers in the execution of equipment preventive/corrective maintenance and to ensure jobs are carry out on schedule.
- To assist engineers in the execution of Ultrapure/Waste Water plant expansion and cost savings projects
- Frontline troubleshooting and immediate reponse to equipment issue to ensure 100% uptime to production
- Performs enhancement and reliability projects.
- Ensure good housekeeping of Ultrapure and Waste Water plant
- Monitor and maintain spare parts at recommended level.
- Accurately complete documentation.(e.g., Work Orders, pass downs, etc.)
- Performs all other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
