Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. ディスクリプション WET/CMP Process Sustaining Engineerは、24時間Fabを安定させるためのCMPエリア環境の構築において、生産・品質の問題提起と改善立案・実行を、関連部門と協議のもと進めていく責任を持ちます。先端DRAM半導体製品における効率改善を進め、ものづくりを推進する役割です。業務詳細・安全トレーニングを受講し、マイクロン安全ポリシーに従い業務を遂行する。・WET/CMPエリア内でのプロセス改善活動をリードする。・高品質の量産技術の確立に向けて、多角的に活動し改善を進める。・システムの改善を提案・実行し、生産性を向上させる業務を進める。・プロセス異常品に対して的確な処置判断を行い、安全かつ迅速にロットをリリースする。・慢性的な問題に対し、Projectをリードし改善を進める。・24時間FabをまわせるSustaining teamを構築していく。要件（全条件を必ずしも満足してなくてもよい。）・基本的な半導体に関する知識を有する。・最先端技術に興味を持ち、仕事に前向きに取り組むことができる。・半導体関係工場にて、エンジニアまたはテクニシャン（T3以上）としての経験を１年以上有する。・社内･社外問わず、関係部門とコミュニケーションを図る能力を有する。・日本語でのコミュニケーションを円滑に行う事ができる。・Microsoft Office（Excel, PowerPoint, Word）などの基本的なソフトウェアを使用できる。・データに基づいた問題点抽出や課題の整理を行い、改善を進めることができる。・物理化学･機械･電気等の基礎知識について、大学卒業以上の知識を有することが望ましい。・自己管理（業務面、健康面）ができる。・英語の辞書を用いた読み書きができる（英語を学ぶ意欲がある）。勤務地：MMJ F15(広島) 勤務形態：日勤 About Micron Technology, Inc. Responsibilities

The role involves leading process improvement activities in the WET/CMP area to stabilize the Fab operations and address production and quality issues. The engineer will also propose and implement system improvements to enhance productivity and lead projects to resolve chronic issues.
