Fabric Engineers Location: Leeds (covering North of England – Liverpool to Newcastle) Hours: Monday to Friday, 4pm – Midnight Pay: to £18.00/hour until 7pm, to £27.00/hour thereafter 💰 Equivalent to around £46,000 – £48,000 per year (depending on travel and overtime) Contract: Full-time, Permanent The Role We’re looking for two skilled Fabric Engineers to join our maintenance team, working on a dedicated contract across the North of England. You’ll be carrying out a wide variety of general building and property repairs in commercial sites — from Leeds to Liverpool, Newcastle and everywhere in between. You’ll handle all sorts of day-to-day maintenance tasks: Basic joinery and repairs Painting and patch plastering Replacing ceiling tiles, glass panels, and carpet tiles Changing light bulbs and small electrical fittings General property upkeep and minor remedial work This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in a good finish and enjoys variety in their day.
