JOB TITLE: Fabric Puller/Check In/Out DEPARTMENT: Cutting FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt SCHEDULE: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday – Thursday, Occasional Fridays 6:00 am – 10:00 am LOCATION: Plant 3 Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and/or a varied schedule may be required per business needs We’re expanding and currently hiring for multiple full-time positions offering consistent 40–45 hours per week, no Saturdays, and a strong benefits package, including free access to our healthcare clinic starting on day one for employees, spouses, and children, plus two company-wide shutdown weeks. SUMMARY Reporting to the Fabric/Cutting Department Manager/Lead, this position is responsible for pulling rolls of fabric for the cutters per production schedule PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Pulling work in the correct order * Multi-tasking in all areas of checking work in and out and putting rolls back in bin in the correct location * Maintaining clean/neat workstation/area * Empty plastic buggy into the compactor * All other job duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES * FURNITURE/FABRIC EXPERIENCE A PLUS * Warehouse/Inventory experience preferred * Effective communication skills * Must be detailed oriented and able to work independently with little supervision * Basic Computer Skills * All duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * High School Diploma or GED preferred * Ability to work full-time * Willingness to work over if needed EFFORT * Able to lift/carry/handle at least 50 lbs * Able to climb ladders and operate forklift and order picker equipment We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Responsibilities

Responsible for pulling fabric rolls according to the production schedule and managing the check-in/out process. Maintains a clean workstation and ensures rolls are returned to correct bin locations.
