Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities and allocate tasks to team members.
  • Interpret fabrication drawings and ensure correct execution of work.
  • Monitor welding and fabrication processes to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy.
  • Coordinate with supervisors/engineers for work planning and progress updates.
  • Inspect completed jobs for quality, fit-up, and finish before submission.
  • Ensure adherence to safety rules and housekeeping standards in the work area.
  • Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior staff and helpers.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues on-site/workshop.
  • Maintain records of work progress, materials, and manpower utilization.
