Position Overview: The Fabrication Foreman is a hands-on leader responsible for supervising shop and field fabrication operations while working alongside crew members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role oversees daily workflow, directs fabrication personnel, enforces safety standards, and ensures work is completed in accordance with engineering specifications, schedules, and budget requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role, you will work alongside your crew while directing daily production, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining quality expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise fabrication crew for operations including CNC machines, press brakes, plasma tables, and other onsite equipment. Manage and coordinate crews responsible for machine-based fabrication processes, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards. Train, mentor, and develop team members on equipment operation, fabrication techniques, and best practices. Read and interpret engineering drawings, shop sketches, blueprints, and 3-D models to guide staff assembly and fabrication activities. Monitor production output and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase throughput Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise fabrication crew for operations including CNC machines, press brakes, plasma tables, and other onsite equipment. Exposure to structural steel fabrication, welding operations, and heavy machinery. May require overtime or flexible scheduling based on project needs.
