ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are recruiting a Fabrication Manager to join our busy production team full time in Aylesford, Kent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Quality Checking workload output. Focus on diligence, accuracy and delivering quality work.
· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, introducing and maintaining effective housekeeping to eliminate workplace hazards.
· Following production schedules: Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines including ensuring effective ordering processes.
· Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure smooth production processes.
· Full autonomy over a highly skilled team of engineers with the ability to give clear and concise instructions, including overseeing the full life cycle of team members such as recruitment and probationary reviews.
· Ability to work quickly and efficiently, ensuring operational excellence.
· Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
· Adhering to all Health and Safety regulations.
