As our business grows, we are seeking Fabrication Operators to join our Manufacturing Operations in Port Melbourne on day, afternoon and night shifts on a full-time permanent basis. No previous experience is required, just a willingness to develop that will see you learn advanced manufacturing techniques in our world class facilities.
The components you will fabricate will be assembled to form part of the iconic Boeing aircrafts including the 737, 777 and 787 Dreamliner.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE):

• Reliable and willingness to undertake shift work is essentialAny previous experience using automated machinery is desirabl
• eAny previous experience in a quality control environment preferre
• dA willingness to learn and develop your skill
• sLiteracy and numeracy skills to enable you to follow and interpret work instruction
• sCapable of hand forming carbon fibre fabric into aircraft structural part
• sAbility to work independently or part of a diverse team towards a common goal and to agreed deadline
• sExcellent written and verbal communication skill
• sAssertive, self-motivated and capable of working with initiativ
• eComfortable working with your hands and standing for long periods of tim
• eWilling to complete hands on, physical and repetitive wor
• kCommitment to OHS procedure
• sBasic computer skill
