*WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:*

This role is perfect for someone with a critical thinking approach, an entrepreneurial mindset, and technical abilities in fabrication and design.
You’ll be working in a job shop environment — meaning no two days are the same. Instead of repetitive production, you’ll tackle custom builds, repairs, retrofits, and one-off projects for a variety of industries.
We’re also looking for someone who can think like a process engineer — analyzing how work gets done and finding better ways to do it. That means identifying bottlenecks, suggesting new tools or techniques, and improving efficiency without sacrificing quality.

*SKILLS & EXPERIENCE THAT ARE A PLUS:*

• Welding (MIG/TIG) and metal fabrication
• Plasma cutting and/or waterjet operation
• Fusion 360 or other CAD software for basic design & modification
• Experience with band saws, brake presses, CNC, and other fabrication tools
• General mechanical assembly skills with grinders, drills, wrenches, etc.
• Prior experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process engineering
