Description
About the Opportunity Pipeline Gurus is hiring on behalf of one of its partners in the fabrication industry. Our partner is a fast-growing digital manufacturing platform that connects businesses with a network of reliable suppliers. By streamlining sourcing and accelerating time-to-market, they are shaping the future of how fabrication projects are delivered. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Fabrication Project Manager who can own projects from concept to delivery. You’ll bring a strong background in steel and sheet metal fabrication (ideally with hands-on workshop experience) and combine it with project leadership and supplier management. This role is more than technical—it’s about driving supplier relationships, expanding the network, and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end fabrication projects, from design to delivery. Grow and diversify the supplier network across regions and capabilities. Lead all supplier communications: pricing, project updates, timelines, and delivery. Apply reverse engineering and tooling design to meet customer requirements. Prepare manufacturing packages (drawings, DXF files, technical documentation). Maintain quality documentation to ensure compliance and transparency. Onboard suppliers to the platform and ensure proper alignment with processes. 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication. Hands-on expertise in tooling design, sheet metal processes, and workshop practices. Strong skills in reverse engineering and CAD/CAM tools. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once. Excellent communication and supplier management skills. Analytical problem-solver with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Willingness to conduct regular supplier/site visits (owning a car is highly preferred). Very competitive package: attractive financial compensation and growth-based rewards. Learn from the leaders: work directly with industry experts and top-tier suppliers. Hands-on experience: exposure to real fabrication projects and new technologies. Startup growth, not corporate red tape: dynamic, fast-paced environment where your impact is visible. Backed by strength: supported by some of the strongest players in the industry.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end fabrication projects from design to delivery while growing and diversifying the supplier network. Lead supplier communications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
