Roadtrek Inc. is currently recruiting for a Fabrication Team Member to join our production team.
Hours of work are 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, assembling, and preparing motorhome components for installation
• Operate Thermal former, Edge bander, and Woodshop machinery such as Table saws, Drill press, handheld power tools, mitre saws, and routers in a safe and effective manner.
• Ensure production, quality and safety goals are met or exceeded
• Inspect own work and repair as required
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as necessary
• Maintain a safe and tidy work area
• Report production tasks and material shortages to Supervisor
• Work effectively with other members of the department/plant to achieve production goals
• Perform other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor in accordance with company.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Secondary School Diploma or GED preferred
• Mechanically inclined with basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, fraction
• Experienced working within a manufacturing setting using power & hand tools is ideal
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Detail oriented, quick learner, dedicated, and punctual
