Description

This position is based at our Hodges, SC location. Hourly Rate: Starting at $19.89 with a $1 per hour shift premium. Work from manufacturing information, sketches, drawings, oral and written instructions. Perform routine maintenance on machinery such as oiling, manual clamp adjustments, and clamp/finger replacement. Perform statistical process control on machinery, as required. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Pushing and/or pulling up to 100 lbs. Fine motor skills, typing, pushing buttons, etc. Authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship Must reside within a 50 mile radius from work site Minimum three (3) months of manufacturing experience in an industrial manufacturing environment Minimum three (3) months of experience using hand and air tools Prior CNC programming and operation experience South Carolina Manufacturing Certification (SCMC) or equivalent Position Criteria: Proven problem-solving skills. Effective oral and written communication skills as well as planning and organizational skills. Ability to manage by influence through solid relationships and process focus
