• Understand and observe all FabStaff Inc. operating and manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain all applicable certification(s).
• Adjustment and maintenance of all machinery used for fabrication
• Consistently seek individual growth and development opportunities.

The primary purpose of this position is to fabricate trailers and trailer parts in a high quality and cost-effective way with a positive attitude, while working in a team centered work environment. This individual must be a team player and have the willingness to listen and learn from current fabricators. This is a production mindset position with a focus on a faster pace of work combined with attention to detail. Ability to retain knowledge, stick with the process, and show up with the mindset of learning each day is a priority for success.
