Aureol Global Connections is actively seeking 15 skilled Fabricators to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling various materials to create high-quality products and components. Working from blueprints and technical drawings, you will contribute to both the production process and the overall quality of our projects. If you are passionate about fabrication and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to perform accurate fabrication tasks. Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials, including metals and plastics. Perform welding, soldering, and joining techniques to produce durable structures and components. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address fabrication challenges and improve processes. Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used and reporting shortages as necessary. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance fabrication techniques and skills. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in fabrication preferred. Proven experience as a Fabricator or in a similar manufacturing role. Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, and industry best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Manual dexterity and physical stamina for handling tools and materials. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to work on various job sites as needed.
