POSITION SUMMARY Set up, adjust and operate metal fabrication machinery and equipment to shape structural metal pipe, tube, etc. to specifications. Fabricate directly from drawings and work instructions without supervision. VALUES * Innovation * Commitment & Passion * Integrity * Team & Relationships DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Fabricate directly from drawings and work instructions without supervision * Setup and operate various metal fabrication machines * Inspect parts to ensure accuracy * Maintain clean/orderly work area ATTRIBUTES * Operation and Control * Self-motivated * Blueprint Reading Comprehension * Attention to Detail QUALIFICATIONS * A minimum of one-year experience in manufacturing preferred * High school diploma/GED preferred * Knowledge of metal forming equipment and ability to adjust and solve problems as needed. * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment. The target hourly range is $19.00 - $22.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
