JOB SUMMARY:

The Structural Metal Fabricator is responsible for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components to create structural products . This role requires interpreting designs, using various tools and machinery, and ensuring all fabricated products meet quality and safety standards.

Experience:

• Fabricator: 2 years (Required

• Read and interpret drawings, and technical specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape steel and other metals using hand tools, flame-cutting torches, shears, and CNC machines.
• Operate heavy fabrication equipment such as press brakes, plate rolls, and saws.
• Weld components using MIG, TIG, stick, or flux-core methods as required.
• Assemble and fit metal parts to form complete structures or subassemblies.
• Inspect finished products to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow all safety procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
