ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a skilled Fabricator & Machining Operator to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with lathes, mills, CNCs, and other fabrication equipment to manufacture high-temperature rollers, endless belting, and specialty products. If you enjoy problem-solving, precision work, and being part of a collaborative team, this could be a great fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Set up and operate fabrication equipment (lathes, saws, milling machines, CNCs)
• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings
• Measure and inspect parts for quality and accuracy
• Assemble and finish machined components into complete units
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot machinery when needed
• Track inventory and support other areas (punch press, fabric welding, belting, composites)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
