What You’ll Be Doing We are looking for All Stars! TERREPOWER Collision business unit, All Star Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Fabrication & Repair Specialist. If you are a dedicated individual interested in joining a growing company in the automotive parts industry, we want you on our team! As a Fabrication Repair Specialist, you will perform the production duties below: * Review each product to determine the required repairs * Ensure you have the proper tools and materials required to repair the product to an insurance quality standard * For each repair, you may be required to cut, trim, file, bend, or smooth parts to ensure proper standards are met * Ensure quality control standards are met * Adhering to assembly safety standards * Work with team members to identify and develop improved methods of repair * Comply with all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free warehouse environment with focus on injury prevention Skills and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent practical experience * Repair fabrication work experience is a plus particularly with plastic and resin * Strong focus on quality – deeply care about the product and your work * High degree of professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and interest and ability to perform work in a safe environment Physical Requirements * Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours. * Lift and move totes up to 50 pounds. * Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head. * Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.
