You'll work closely with engineering and production teams to build high-quality road maintenance equipment. Key Responsibilities: Operate metalworking machines and hand tools to assemble parts and components Wire electrical controls and run piping as needed for product lines Perform quality welds and assemblies per engineering specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and verbal instructions Set up and lay out work using jigs, fixtures, or hand layouts Inspect and correct welds to ensure quality standards Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications What You Bring: Experience with welding and fabrication (on-the-job training available) Ability to read and understand precision measuring tools General knowledge of assembly techniques, welding tools, and equipment Blueprint reading experience preferred Apply today and become part of an innovative, high-performance organization that truly values your contributions. 🔧 Start building your future with BearCat Manufacturing!
