Alliance Industries is looking for an experienced Boilermaker/Fabricator to join our team on a casual basis.

We are a local Bundaberg fabrication and installation company working across a range of industries including agriculture, manufacturing and commercial projects.

The work is varied, with jobs ranging from custom fabrication in the workshop through to site installations. We’re looking for someone who enjoys doing quality work, takes pride in their trade, and wants to be part of a good team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Fabricating and welding structural steel and custom components
• MIG welding (TIG experience is an advantage)
• Reading and working from drawings and job specifications
• Working on a variety of projects including agricultural equipment, platforms, handrails and structural steel
• Assisting with site installations when required
• Ensuring your work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Working alongside the team to deliver quality results

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator, or someone with equivalent hands on fabrication experience
• Solid experience in fabrication and welding
• Ability to read and understand workshop drawings
• Takes pride in their workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable and willing to work as part of a team
• Has a strong focus on safety and quality

The following would be an advantage:

• TIG welding experience
• Site installation experience
• Forklift, EWP or crane tickets
