JOB DESCRIPTION

Role – Fabricator/Welder
Location - Skinningrove Carlin How, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Skinningrove, TS13 4ET.
Grade - A
Pattern of Work – 42 hours per week, day shift

WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, you must hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification or an equivalent certification in a relevant structural trade, or have completed a recognised apprenticeship.
Preferably, you will have experience in structural maintenance within a heavy engineering environment. A flexible approach, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to professional growth are essential qualities for success in this position.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Plater/Welder Team Member to join our Manufacturing & Engineering teams at the Skinningrove Special Profiles Site. In this role, you will play a vital part in meeting plant operational targets, ensuring product quality, maintaining excellent customer service, and upholding health and safety standards.
Currently, we are expanding our Mills Engineering teams, where you will collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to support production goals. Your expertise will be crucial in responding to manufacturing demands, addressing quality and safety concerns, and applying your knowledge and experience to implement effective corrective actions that drive business success.
