Description Job Summary The Fabricator plays a key role in building and assembling custom carts using welding, cutting, fitting, and other fabrication techniques. This position supports Assemblers with technical guidance, ensures products meet quality standards, and contributes to a safe, team-focused work environment. What You Will Do Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work orders to fabricate and assemble custom carts. Perform welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting of components. Support Assemblers with technical questions and complex builds. Inspect finished carts to ensure they meet quality and functional standards. Assist with training on fabrication techniques, tool usage, and safety. Log hours and job progress accurately in the computer system. Communicate issues, shortages, and improvement ideas to the Fabrication Supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform additional fabrication or assembly tasks as needed. Requirements What We Are Looking For Strong welding, fabrication, and assembly skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Skilled with fabrication tools and equipment (welders, grinders, drills, saws, etc.). Team-oriented with strong communication and mentoring abilities. High attention to detail with a focus on quality. Ability to use computer systems for job logging and tracking. Effective problem-solving skills related to fabrication and assembly challenges.
